Is microfiber just plastic?
Microfibre is not just plastic, although it does have some similarities to plastic materials.

A plastic bottle, for instance, is mainly used for holding liquids and doesn’t have the ability to soak up water or allow air to pass through like microfiber can.

And like plastics, it is not biodegradable and can have an impact on the environment if not disposed of properly.
